Scacce Ragusane (Sicilian Stuffed Flatbread) – It Is What It Is

Scacce Ragusane is generally described as a type of Sicilian stuffed flatbread, but for me, that really doesn’t do it justice. It’s kind of, sort of, like lasagna wrapped in flatbread, but that’s not very accurate either.
